Terms of Service

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: 1. "Service" means "Satori Therapy" (hereinafter "App") and related services provided by the Company. 2. "User" means an individual who uses the Service. 3. "Company" means the operating company of Satori Therapy. 4. "Usage Agreement" means the agreement concluded between the Company and the User regarding these Terms and the use of the Service.

1. Users shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms. 2. The use of this Service is limited to persons aged 18 years or older. 3. If the User is aged 18 years or older but under 20 years, they shall use the Service after obtaining consent from their guardian or other legal representative where required by local laws. 4. By commencing use of this Service, Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age.

The Service is an interactive AI service utilizing AI technology. Users can enjoy conversations with AI character "Angel Satori" through the Service. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes and is not a medical practice.

1. Users shall provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Service. 2. Users shall properly manage authentication information such as passwords for their accounts and shall not disclose them to third parties. 3. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from inadequate account management.

1. Basic functions of the Service can be used free of charge. 2. Some functions are provided for a fee. Fees will be displayed separately within the Service. 3. Fees for paid functions are settled when purchased by the User. 4. No refunds will be made after payment completion, except in cases specially recognized by the Company.

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service: 1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals 2. Acts related to criminal activities 3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service 4. Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties 5. Acts that improperly use the Service 6. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or those who have granted licenses to the Company. Users do not acquire any rights to these intellectual property rights through use of the Service.

1. The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, safety, usefulness, etc. of the Service. 2. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from Users' use of the Service. 3. The Service is not a medical practice but is provided for entertainment purposes.

The total amount of the Company's liability for damages to Users shall be limited to the amount of usage fees paid by the User to the Company in the month when such damage occurred.

1. Either the User or the Company may terminate the Usage Agreement at any time by notifying the other party. 2. The Company may terminate the Usage Agreement without prior notice if the User violates these Terms. 3. Related provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect even after termination of the Usage Agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance jurisdiction for all disputes related to the Service.

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when published within the Service.
