This service is operated as a prepaid payment instrument based on the Payment Services Act (Act No. 59 of 2009).
Deposit/Guarantee
Since Love Crystals have a validity period of within 180 days, no deposit is made based on Article 14 of the Payment Services Act.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This service is governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
